Rep. Ken Sumsion, Co-Founder of the Patrick Henry Caucus, announces the creation of the nationwide States’ Rights organization from the Utah Capitol Rotunda.  Hundreds of citizens attended this event.  Since that day, thousands of citizens across the nation have joined the PHC Founders to FIGHT BACK against unconstitutional encroachment into states’ sovereignty.
